I'm not entirely set on the new layout and things may change, but for now I've got something working that I can work with. I will say, while having your website hosted by a company that does websites for a living - it can be very restrictive using their idea of 'what people want'.
I had intended to get a simple dynamic page going that would let me just rinse-and-repeat the story layout, but for some reason, even though I had removed it complete, the provider's code kept putting a blank image into the text. With no easy way to remove it either.
But my days of self hosting a php website are long gone - I just couldn't be bothered keeping it up to date from a tech perspective.
So now, without further waffle from me, please enjoy the first short story - located here.
I may post a blog entry every time I upload one, or I might upload and mention from time to time. Still mulling that over too.

This post really resonates — that frustration of fighting with a website builder when all you want to do is share your work is so real! The blank image bug sounds like the kind of thing that could drain your motivation entirely, yet you pushed through and got the story live anyway, which is genuinely inspiring. It's a good reminder that the creative side of any project is rarely the hardest part; it's always the surrounding logistics that slow you down. Honestly, it's the same feeling students get when formatting and submission rules eat into actual writing time — that's exactly why platforms like New Assignment Help exist, to cut through the noise so the real work can shine. Excited…
Great to see your first short story finally live—it’s really refreshing how you’ve overcome the tech hurdles and made the content accessible without letting glitches get in the way of your creativity. It reminds me that whether you’re launching a blog post or tackling a complex task like a project management assignment writing help session, persistence and the willingness to ask for support when needed are key to staying on track and enjoying the process.
I read your First Short Story Live post and it was cool to see how you finally got a simple layout working so people can read your short story and not worry about tech glitches getting in the way. When school got really heavy once I had to outsource product description writing to help me turn my messy draft into clear sentences while I focused on other work, and that really helped me stay calm. It reminds me that a little help can make creative projects easier.
I really enjoyed reading your update on launching your first short story live, it felt personal and honest when you talked about reshaping the site and finally sharing your writing after so much tech hassle. That part reminded me of when I struggled with a tough writing task in school and even had to look for IoT assignment help to balance time between coding and storytelling, so I know how challenge and relief can mix. It’s cool to see you opening this space, and I’m excited to follow your next posts and stories.
